A little bit about me...
Originally from Pittsburgh, I headed South and received my first Real Estate license in Maryland in 1988. After a few of my own unhappy experiences with Realtors, I got into the business wanting to make a positive difference to those with Real Estate needs. With a background in Customer Service working for major Corporations and many years of exposure to the Construction business, I knew I would be an agent that my customers could trust, offering honesty, great communication, follow up and attention to detail.
Several years later, I moved to North Carolina and got licensed there, obtained a Brokers license and eventually moved to St. Johns County in 2005 and got licensed in Florida. As a long time resident specializing in St. Johns and Duval Counties, I can help you choose which area is right for you. If you are looking for new construction, I network and negotiate with area Builders to get the very best deals. On resale homes, I'm excellent at prompting my customers to ask themselves questions about their future home that they might not have even thought about and pride myself on being one of the few Agents that are there for you even AFTER the closing!
As a horse owner, I know what to look for when helping you find your perfect equestrian home for your 4 legged friends! I'm familiar with all of the equestrian communities and know where the local ranches, stables and access to the local trails are. If you're looking to sell your equestrian property,
it's good to have an agent that knows the value of a well equipped horse property and its amenities to be able to market it effectively.
I have handled many customers moving here from out of state, who knew they were in the best possible hands to have me attend Inspections and Closings without them here if they so choose. I love working with "First time" buyers and offer a hand to hold throughout the whole process! To my Sellers, I offer professional photos, exposure on hundreds of websites, staging advice, great contractors to get any repairs done, constant communication and follow up and thinking "outside the box" when it comes to marketing a unique property.
